Camp takes place in Fountain Run, Kentucky about 90 minutes north of Nashville
This Camp Together Weekend is designed for families who:
have at least one child who is adopted
have 1 - 6 children ages 0 - 18 years
are looking for support navigating the trauma-related needs of their family
Note: All family members living at home must be present for the full weekend of programming.
What should I expect?

Caregivers will participate in a 15–30 minute video call to ensure Camp Together is a good fit for their family.
Caregivers will complete initial camp forms about their family's needs.
Caregivers will complete 90 minutes of online training.
Caregivers will complete online assessments as part of program evaluation (approximately 20 minutes).

All children will be matched with a trained, trauma-informed “buddy.”
Children will participate in a variety of groups designed to build relationships, practice regulation skills, and have fun.
Caregivers will receive 10 hours of training from TBRI Practitioners who specialize in the complexities adoptive families face.
Families will participate in fun, therapeutic groups focused on building connection.
Caregivers will be offered respite time.
All meals will be provided (at a peanut-free facility).
Families will stay in cabins and will need to provide their own bedding.

Caregivers will have access to ongoing coaching and support.
